A round-up of webinars in May & June 2026
So many webinars, so little time: a round-up of upcoming webinars
For someone who is supposed to be slowing down, the demands on my time seem to be ramping up. This is a round-up list of webinars of interest, either ones that I’m hosting, ones that I’m a guest on, or ones that I’ve got a particular interest in. There are more after mid-June, which I’ll cover next month.
13 May 2026—Conversational AI: The cost of ignoring structured content
Conversational AI is everywhere, but reliable AI responses depend on reliable content. In the episode of “Let’s Talk ContentOps”, Sarah O’Keefe and I examine how the intersection of structured content and conversational AI has evolved. We also discuss practical next steps that organizations can take to create a successful AI content strategy.
20 May 2026—Automating Content Production with Agentic AI
What does it actually take to automate content production with agentic AI, and what does that look like in action? Join me as I discuss this with Michael Iantosca, who has spent over four decades at the intersection of structured content, knowledge engineering, and AI and is currently building an advanced agentic content production workflow. This is a conversation about what works, what doesn’t, and how content professionals need to prepare their content assets to be able to take advantage of agentic AI.
21 May 2026—Copilot agents you can trust
Copilot agents promise faster onboarding and better decision making—but in multilingual manufacturing environments, reliability is everything. If agents surface the wrong SOP, miss local terminology, or can’t trace answers back to approved sources, trust erodes, delays stop production, and compliance is at risk. In this webinar, Toni Ressaire and Sinéad Healy present a client case study from a global manufacturing organization where English and localized Copilot agents were developed to support technicians onsite, post onboarding.
27 May 2026—The Content Integrity Model
Join us as I introduce my Content Integrity Model, a new framework for content strategy that encompasses some of the important shifts we all need to understand for designing, managing, and scaling content today. The model addresses the rapidly evolving needs of content in increasingly complex environments and is achieved through the interconnected dimensions of strategic direction, editorial practices, operational efficiency, all supported by a robust infrastructure. This framework helps organisations understand not only how content helps deliver strategic goals but also how editorial quality, operating models, and infrastructure work together to enable successful outcomes.
4 June 2026—Kinetic Confidential
This is a small group chat, unrecorded, with Chatham House rules. Here’s where Kinetic Council members can come together for a frank discussion about anything related to kinesis in data, content, semantics, and/or AI, knowing that what happens in the session stays in the session. Participants put forward potential topics, which get narrowed down to what’s practical to discuss in the hour we have together. I’ll be one of the facilitators for the session.
16 June 2026—The Content Integrity Model: Framework for an AI Age
In this webinar, we help you reimagine how you approach content by exploring the interconnected dimensions that define true integrity in today’s digital landscape. Discover how strategic direction enhances consumer value, why editorial practices are essential for serving end users, and how operational efficiency drives measurable outcomes for your organization. Gain insights into building robust internal infrastructures that meet user needs and support scalable, adaptable content environments. You’ll walk away understanding how these four dimensions work together as a holistic system—empowering you to create content ecosystems that thrive in the age of AI and beyond.
